DONOR MAIL-IN FORM

We accept 8” minimum hair length (from top to bottom). However, longer lengths are appreciated. Hair needs to be clean, and thoroughly dry. Please bundle hair in a ponytail or braid before having it cut. After securing the hair, have it cut ABOVE the rubber band to keep the strands bundled together. Once it has been cut wrap lightly in a piece of dry clean newspaper (helping to absorb moisture) and please place in a seal-able plastic bag. See this video demonstration.

It costs  anywhere from $1,500 to $5,000 to complete one Hair Replacement System. To help offset the costs of producing and processing these wigs, a money donation is also appreciated with your ponytail hair donation, or you may want to consider collecting pledges from family and friends when you donate hair to cancer patients.
