Fall 2015, the launch of the “Sponsor A Child” program has begun…

This program helps children in need of longer term hair replacement. The sponsored child will receive a Hair Hero’s Hair Replacement System designed specifically for them, at no cost. Your sponsorship will cover the hair replacement solution as well as products services, and support until the age of 18 years. Through these generous acts of compassion, both monetarily and with hair donations children can face the mirror of life with greater confidence. Giving them more of the opportunity they deserve, like most kids have.

Children supported through “Sponsor A Child” are all treated for varied periods of time depending on each child’s case and special needs. We especially thank those donating hair to cancer patients for children suffering from autoimmune diseases, such as Alopecia. Our option A. Shared sponsorship addresses this kind of disorder. Our shared sponsorship option A. makes it possible to treat a child until they reach age 18. While other donations help more to support children suffering from temporary hair loss due to chemotherapy or radiation therapy, and may need treatment for a shorter duration; one to two years for example. Both support choices are greatly needed and appreciated. It costs between $1200 to $5000 per year per child to support. Our goal is to support 250 children in 2016.
